Regional / Network Information - USA Networks

There are so many cellular networks in the USA,  rather than listing all the networks, for example Pacific Bell, Sprint, Verizon, Omnipoint, Cingular, Voice Stream, Aerial Communications, DigiPH, Iowawireless, Bellsouth mobility, Einttein PCS, NPI Wireless, AT&T, T-Mobile, Virgin, Ntelos etc etc,  we have just listed the networks below that appear to have specific phone issues,  ie. Verizon and Sprint at this time.

If you are on any other network,  we are not aware of any phone issues,  so the good news is the software should work for you!

If you are on Verizon or Sprint,  don't panic,  there are only specific issues with a few phones,  and some of these can be fixed,  so just read on...

If you have a problem,  and your phone isn't listed below,  or you are on another network,  please do contact us,  we cant help you if we don't know you have a problem!

Verizon Specific Issues

Early Motorola v60 phones on the Verizon network seem to have a version of software that does not have a composer.  Later phones,  and phones on other networks are not affected.   We have had a few users who have taken their phones back to the Verizon shop who have updated the software in the phone so you can add ringtones.

The Motorola V120c on Verizon however just doesnt have a composer at all.  Unfortunately there seems to be no fix for this one,  the 120c on other networks is fine,  it seems the phones on Verizon are the only handsets affected.  Please let us know if you have a 120c on another network that doesnt have a composer!
